Example cards

A card is how a verified lot reaches matched buyers: text only, with bands instead of exact figures, and no photos or seller identity until an introduction is released. These two cards use invented data to show every field.

Not on any card: the seller's name, contact details, address, website, photos or documents. They are shared only when an introduction is released.

What we promise, and what we don't

  • No supply, no charge: if no qualifying matched card reaches you in a month, your next month is free.
  • If the seller withdraws before release: no charge, and an automatic refund if you already paid.
  • A payment that arrives after the reservation ended, or twice for the same request, is refunded automatically.
  • Paid but not released within 48 hours: an automatic full refund.
  • You choose a restored introduction or a refund of the introduction's value if: the seller gives no real reply within 5 business days of release, after one follow-up from us; a fact labelled as checked proves materially false within 30 days; the material differs materially from the card, or is out of scope, before the first load; or you already dealt with that supplier and tell us within 2 business days.
  • Not covered: a change of mind, negotiations that fail, or a price that moves.
  • Never promised: material quality, price, shipment, the seller's ability to pay its debts, a completed trade, or cargo losses.
