What we do

Auto Global Enterprise introduces suppliers and buyers of scrap and secondary materials. We are an introducer only. We never buy, sell, take title to, store, inspect on your behalf or transport material, and we are not a party to any contract between you and the counterpart we introduce.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that we will find a match, that an introduction will lead to a transaction, or the price, quality or performance of any counterpart. We may decline or remove any listing or buyer profile.

Your responsibilities

• The information you give us must be accurate and yours to share.
• You and your counterpart are responsible for your own due diligence, contracts, payment terms, quality and weight checks, transport, insurance, permits, customs and compliance with the laws of every country involved.
• Any review we carry out before a cross-border introduction, and any customs or classification code we suggest, is general information to help you ask the right questions. It is not legal, customs or regulatory advice.

Fees

Any fee for an introduction is agreed in writing before the introduction is made.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from dealings between you and a counterpart we introduce.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
