Who we are

Auto Global Enterprise is a Toronto, Canada business that introduces suppliers and buyers of scrap and secondary materials. We are an introducer only: we do not buy, sell, take title to, store or transport material. We aim to handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Contact and company details you give us: name, company, email, phone, website and location.
• Details of the material you offer or buy, including volumes, terms, prices and photos.
• Emails you send to our addresses, including attachments.
• Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as bot-protection checks.

How we use it

• To review and verify your submission and ask you for anything missing.
• To find a suitable counterpart and, with your knowledge, introduce you to them.
• To review cross-border introductions for compliance questions before they happen.
• To reply to you and keep a record of our correspondence.

We use artificial-intelligence models from third-party providers (such as Anthropic or Google) to read submissions and emails, extract the details and draft replies. These providers process the content on our behalf. A person reviews every introduction before it is made.

Where it is stored

Our database and file storage are provided by Supabase; the website and email routing run on Cloudflare. Your information may be processed or stored outside Canada by these providers and by the AI providers above.

Sharing

We share your details with a counterpart only when we introduce you to each other. We do not sell personal information.

Consent and messages

We contact you about your submission and related matching opportunities on the basis of the consent you give in our forms or the inquiry you send us, in line with Canada’s anti-spam law. Every message identifies us and tells you how to stop further messages. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message or emailing info@autoglobalenterprise.com.

Retention and your rights

We keep submissions for as long as they are useful for matching and then delete or anonymise them. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@autoglobalenterprise.com.
